Main purpose and application

Adhesives are designed for bonding steels, titanium and aluminum alloys, and non-metallic materials in structures operating in the temperature range from -60°C to +200°C continuously and for bonding honeycomb structures operating in the temperature range from -60°C to +200°C (VK-25, VK-25A).
Phenolic-rubber liquid adhesives are also intended for the manufacture of phenolic-rubber film adhesives of the same grades.
Aviation and helicopter construction:
  • Replacing welding and riveting in assembling blades, brake pads, honeycomb fillers.
  • Sealing fuel tanks and fuselage joints.
Industry:
  • Bonding steel, aluminum, bronze, textolite, galvanized sheet metal.
  • Anti-corrosion protection of tanks.
Special purpose:
  • Manufacturing composite panels for helicopters (together with VK-9 adhesive).
