Technical specifications

NK Adhesive — a homogeneous viscous-fluid solution ranging in color from gray-yellow to gray-brown.
Viscosity according to viscometer VZ-246 (nozzle diameter 6 mm, GOST 9070): 300–600 s.
Bond strength during delamination on double-layered kirza (reinforced fabric) after 24 hours of curing — not less than 12.0 N/cm.
Solid content — not less than 10 %.
Notes:
  1. Sediment formation is permissible and can be eliminated by stirring.
  2. At temperatures below +15 °C, the adhesive begins to crystallize.

Main Purpose and Application

NK natural rubber adhesive is used for folding shoe uppers, assembling shoe blanks, gluing linings and sidewalls, tightening shoes, and attaching soles.

  • Gluing rubber, rubber-fabric products, textiles, paper, and cardboard, as well as bonding these materials to metal, wood, and concrete.
