Main purpose and application

Heat-resistant adhesive VS-10T is intended for bonding parts made of various materials (steel, duralumin, heat-resistant foams, glass-textolite, and honeycomb materials made of fiberglass impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin) to each other and in combination in structures operating without loss of adhesive seam strength at 200°C for 200 h and at 300°C – 5 h, considering the heat resistance of bonded materials.
Automotive transport:
  • Replacing rivets in brake pads and clutch discs.
  • Repair of agricultural machinery.
Aviation and space:
  • Bonding honeycomb panels made of fiberglass, thermal protection screens.
  • Sealing fuel tanks.
Industry:
  • Fixation of strain gauges, cutting tools.
  • Bonding steel, duralumin, textolite, foams.
Complex materials:
  • Polyolefins, fluoroplastics after surface activation (e.g., treatment with potassium dichromate solution for polyethylene).
