Main purpose and application

Automotive industry (95% of cases):

Brake systems:

Bonding friction linings to drum brake pads.
Protection of metal parts from corrosion and thermal deformation.

Process:

Application of the adhesive ensures resistance to temperatures up to +200°C, which is critical for brake operation in extreme conditions.
Universal applications:

Bonding heat-loaded units made of dissimilar materials:
Metals (steel 30HGSA, aluminum 08KP).
Non-metals (ceramics, composites) requiring heat resistance.
For maximum protection of metal parts, it is recommended to combine with BFT-52UP-1 paint.
