Film VK-50

Film VK-50 is a phenol-rubber film adhesive made from a rubber mixture solution based on synthetic and natural rubber in solvent (product 4 (4A)), phenolic resin solutions, filler and other additives. Film VK-50 laminated with fiberglass fabric E1-30P may also be produced by agreement with the customer.

Main purpose and application

The film is used in aircraft, shipbuilding, and other industries where high-strength and heat-resistant joints are required. The film replaces welding and riveting, ensuring vibration resistance and resistance to aggressive environments.
