Adhesives VK-3, VK-3A

Main Purpose and Application
Adhesives are intended for bonding steels, titanium and aluminum alloys, and non-metallic materials in structures operating within the temperature range from -60ºC to +200ºC for long-term use, as well as for bonding honeycomb structures operating within the temperature range from -60ºC to +80ºC (VK-3, VK-3A).
Phenolic-rubber liquid adhesives are also used for the production of film phenolic-rubber adhesives of the same grades.
Aerospace industry:
- Replacement of welding and riveting in the assembly of helicopter blades and brake pads.
- Bonding of honeycomb fillers and anodized aluminum alloy D16AT.
Industry:
- Bonding of steel, bronze, galvanized sheet metal, and fiberglass laminate.
- Anti-corrosion coating for liquid and gas storage tanks.
Household use:
- Bonding of rubber, leather, cardboard, ceramics, and metals.
