Main purpose and application

Adhesive 88-NP (for general industrial purposes), Adhesive 88-NP-1 (for aviation industry) is intended for cold bonding of rubbers (including sponge) based on NK, SKN, SKB, SKS, SKMS – chloroprene rubbers to metals (including painted), glass, and other materials, as well as rubber-to-rubber bonding, operating in air under any climate conditions at temperatures from -50 to +70°C.
Contact with the adhesive does not cause corrosion of aluminum alloy D-16 anodized clad and unclad, non-anodized clad aluminum alloys, magnesium alloy MA-3 oxidized, cadmium-plated and galvanized steel with chromate passivation, or copper, and does not increase corrosion of unclad, non-anodized aluminum alloys and unprotected carbon steel.

Main application areas:
Aviation:
  • Bonding sound insulation materials, ceiling PVC films to painted and unpainted metal.
  • Bonding rubber seals operating in extreme climate conditions.
Automotive:
  • Interior assembly: upholstery, door seals, seat assembly (foam + fabric).
Industry and construction:
  • Bonding rubber with concrete, wood, glass, ceramics.
  • Laying linoleum, carpets, decorative panels.
