Film VK-3, VK-3A

Film VK-3 is a phenol-rubber film adhesive made from an alcohol solution of phenol-formaldehyde varnish FL-5111 and a rubber mixture solution based on synthetic and natural rubber in solvent (product 4). Film VK-3A is a phenol-rubber film adhesive made from an alcohol solution of phenol-formaldehyde varnish FL-5111 and a rubber mixture solution based on synthetic rubber in solvent (product 4A).

Film adhesive is supplied in rolls. The thickness, width, and length of the film in a roll correspond to those indicated in the table.

Main purpose and application

VK-3, VK-3A films are designed for bonding metals and non-metallic materials. They replace welding and riveting in aircraft, helicopter construction, and other industries.
