Main purpose and application

Automotive industry (95% of cases):
  • Brake systems:
  • Bonding friction linings to drum brake pads.
  • Protection of metal parts from corrosion and thermal deformation.
  • Process:
  • Application of the adhesive ensures resistance to temperatures up to +200°C, which is critical for brake operation in extreme conditions.
Universal applications:
  • Bonding heat-loaded units made of dissimilar materials:
  • Metals (steel 30HGSA, aluminum 08KP).
  • Non-metals (ceramics, composites) requiring heat resistance.
  • For maximum protection of metal parts, it is recommended to combine with BFT-52UP-1 paint.
