Main purpose and application

Binder EDT-69N is intended for impregnation of glass, carbon, and organic reinforcing fillers and production of composite materials based on them. Materials based on it are widely used in aircraft construction, mechanical engineering, and other critical industries.

Main application areas:
Aviation:
  • Production of airframe parts (skin, fuselage elements, helicopter blades).
  • Production of carbon plastics of KMU-11E, KMU-11tr, KMU-11l grades for medium-loaded structures.
Space technology:
  • Heat-resistant structures operating at temperatures up to +200°C.
Industry:
  • Production of fiberglass (ST-69N, ST-520) for radio engineering products and insulators.
